The challenge

The entity operated its technology platform on IBM WebSphere in Linux and AIX environments with performance and stability problems that affected service availability. Additionally, the entity needed to integrate its systems with business information registries administered by other entities, through web services enabling query and data exchange between platforms.

The solution

We executed a diagnosis of the WebSphere platform on Linux and AIX, identifying the configuration problems generating instability and poor performance. We performed platform tuning — JVM configuration, resource management, server parameters — until reaching the required stability and performance levels. In parallel, we designed and implemented the integration layer with external entities through web services, ensuring interoperability with the country's business information registries.
