The challenge
Users needed timely access to domestic and international tracking from different devices and request formats. Data came from several country-specific sources and had to be consolidated.
The solution
Logistics sources were integrated and a query service was built to process requests in parallel and adapt responses to the required format. A portal provides access to consolidated information.
