Self-service for report access and downloads with permissions and activity records.
The challenge
Manual or weakly controlled report delivery limited self-service and made it difficult to know who had viewed or downloaded information. The process required document protection and clear responsibilities for data and backups.
The solution
A web portal was built with authentication and permissions to publish and access reports. The design incorporated access and download records, reporting and operational considerations for production deployment.
